KIMQ 5430 is designed and developed by HSPTEK on the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ SoC QCS5430 platform with a 6nm manufacturing process, with high performance, energy saving and strong computing power (3.5 TOPs). This SOM supports 4K@60FPS video decoding, 4K@30FPS video encoding, three MIPI CSI interfaces, and supports diverse external interfaces (GPIO, UART, I2C, I3C, SPI, USB 3.0).

KIMQ 5430 helps customers accelerate product development and can be used in handheld and tablet devices, industrial scanners, dash cams, drones. Besides, with powerful AI processing capabilities at the edge, KIMQ 5430 is developed for products such as AI Camera, AI Box, and other AI processing devices at the edge….
