KIMQ 6490

KIMQ 6490 is designed and developed by HSPTEK on the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ SoC QCS6490 platform with a 6nm manufacturing process, with high performance, energy saving and strong computing power (12 TOPs). This SOM supports 4K@60FPS video decoding, 4K@30FPS video encoding, three MIPI CSI interfaces, and supports diverse external interfaces (GPIO, UART, I2C, I3C, SPI, USB 3.0).

KIMQ 6490  supports customers in accelerating the product development process and is applied in many fields such as specialized handheld devices,  tablets, and payment devices. Besides, with powerful AI processing capabilities at the edge, KIMQ 6490 is developed for products such as AI Camera, AI Box, and other AI processing devices at the edge….
